Gulf Group Ventures participates in the following asset classes of equity-based investments:
- Seed funding: Limited investment in market research, preliminary operations startup or product development.
- Venture capital: Significant investing in new company development project, or expansion projects, for smaller companies looking to increase growth opportunities.
- Buy-out: Acquiring significant portions, or taking majority control, in more developed companies.
- Special situation: Investing in troubled companies or companies where greater value can be leveraged as a result of a one-time opportunity (i.e., changing industry trends, government regulations, etc.)
